Loading... Lord, Teach Me to Pray in 28 Daysby Kay Arthur
None. Going through this the summer of 2011 with a women's small group. My first introduction to a Kay Arthur study. Was a little put-off by the title at first, but looking forward to 28 days dedicated to studying the Lord's Prayer. Currently starting the 3rd week, still don't like the title (and sometimes Arthur's wording and phrasing choices) but getting a lot out of the Bible study. Each day takes about an hour. Arthur's strategy is to help point you to the questions to ask to go deeper, without feeding you all the answers she's come up with. This is definitely a guide to studying the Bible as the Word of God versus a book of the author's insight on prayer from their own understanding and experiences. I had heard the she is a good Bible teacher, which is why I chose this particular book on prayer. I am definitely appreciating this first experience with an inductive study and the deeper understanding I'm gaining into what Jesus was teaching when He gave us the model of the Lord's Prayer. no reviews | add a review
