Poems are presented by twelve kids who ride the bus together in this silly book that will appeal to many. The honesty in some of the poems (The Class I Hate) is refreshing and the themes relate to holidays, seasons and typical activities.

This book is a good collection of poems that depict life at school. The students will like how relatable the poems are and how silly the poems are. ( )

This book was a collection of funny poems about the school year. Poems about all school subjects, field trips, holidays, and school activities. I would read these poems when it applied to to the appropriate time of the school year. ( )

delightfully illustrated and sure to pull young people in with bright colors to enhance the poetry. Poems are witty and humorous that have the theme of school so all students will be able to identify with.

• This book is themed with everything related to elementary schools. It contains poetries such as ‘Art with Chalk,’ The class I hate,’ ‘Tag,’ and ‘Sandwich Trades.’ The illustrations are very colorful and one of my favorite. I like the small details within the artwork that is related to schools.
