A beautiful book, but not one for the casual visitor. The book goes into considerable detail over the construction and design of the domes for the Eden Project, and has a considerable amount of material on the background to the geodesic dome as an architecural concept. It even acknowledges some of the more unusual influences on the concept, such as the conservationist science fiction film 'Silent running'...
