Humorous story of a stray dog and his journey to find a home. Along the way he becomes a model and eventually finds his true home with a young girl names Emily. Another book by Louis Lowry that was enjoyable. ( )

Keeper is a very intelligent dog with special talents. He experiences three different homes before finding the one he decides to stay in. Kids will really enjoy Keeper's confidence and clever observations about life. ( )
