Even though it is 2 years old, this book is still worth reading particularly for its pedagogy behind the use of blogs and wikis in education ( )great examples of how others have used these tools in teaching and also some succinct and well written explanations about what it takes to create a blog, wiki, podcast, ect. I imagine that this book will become outdated in a couple of years, but it is very useful right now. The explanations do not get too deep, but they give a perfect overview to beginners. A must read for teachers/trainers who are first time using (or planning) blogs and wikis in the classroom instructions. What I liked about this book was the various examples that the author used to depict the how the Web 2.o tools are being implemented in teaching.A very simple and fast reading. Very easy to read. Entry level information for those who are tech savvy. Great for educators who are wanting information on blogging and podcasts. I really like this book. It seems odd to publish a paperback book on a ever-changing topic such as this. I hope that he updates this book frequently as the technology changes. no reviews | add a review
