Part of the lateral, think out the box notion of what is a genius. Well it gives the writer a job but to me its all about reflection, observation and making connections from within your knowledge base. Research(How to be a genius

15 September 2006 David Dobbs Magazine issue 2569 in new scientist) suggests that its hard work over 10 years, and access to a mentor. I would add its also luck. ( )
