Tasha Tudor lives in her home in Vermont built by her son. This book tells of her fascinating life on the farm and her many talents of illustrating childrens books, gardening, crafting, and delightful way of living as if she were in the 1800's. I love ALL her books! ( )

Tasha Tudor is one of the most wonderful and inspiring, people I have ever read about. She illustrates such adorable children and animals. She lives in a perfect past/present of her own making. ( )

Quotations
People have a rose-colored lens when they look at me. They don't realize I'm human. They don't see the real me. As Mark Twain said, we are like the moon, we all have our dark side that we never show anybody.
