By far the most pragmatic and practical of the how-to ghosthunting books I've read. Add to that Taylor's excellent historic accounts of those who have gone before in the realm of paranormal investigators, and this book is a real treat for anyone who wants an interesting but no-nonsense introduction to the field. So far I haven't read a better guidebook than this. It describes both the basics and more advanced stuff, generally everything each ghost hunter should keep in mind when doing paranormal investigations.

The language is simple (I'm non-native English speaker), but I have to say, the font is terrible, generally, the DTP and pages layout seems unprofessional at least.

Still, the content is what really matters, and the content is good. ( )

Big book, small font, tons of information, written by a professional, even more information, only few photos, so you can focus on the content :). This is the only guide to investigating the paranormal I can recommend.

If you want to become a "ghost hunter", there's no excuse, you have to have this book! ( )
