Book description
The Busy Epidemic
Conquering Stess and Anxiety
This curriculum has eight sessions. Each lesson is built around a video in which an expert speaks about a particular issue in stress and anxiety. Each video is 40-50 minutes long. The surrounding lessons are designed to take about 45 minutes, so the ideal session would be an hour-and-a-half.

The centerpiece of each lesson is, of course, the video. But this curriculum includes some icebreaking ideas for the gathering time (we call it "Relate"), a number of discussion questions on the video content ("Reflect"), worksheets for group members to process the information in their own way ("Retain"), and take-home sheets with memorable thoughts or homework ("Receive").
