The writing is outdated, but the actual concepts stand the test of time. It's hard to read this book and not be enthusiastic about trying the concepts, which are simple to apply to daily life. ( )

Another book that is like a workbook to me. I've read and re-read this book so many times that it is about to fall apart. Great information! ( )
