The Three Investigators attempt to bring to justice a team of art forgers. Darned if I can remember how a shrinking house comes into play. These books, by the way, were glued to the covers with an apparently cheap glue that lost its adhesive properties over time, with the result that many of the books, such as this particular one, came unglued from their covers. Still a good read for the nostalgia buff, even if the story doesn't always --- uh, hold together so well. ( )
