I thought the plot was more complex and engaging, which surprised me. I also loved the romantic elements and the development of the relationship between the hero and heroine -- right up until 10 pages from the end. I really like the heroine's voice, and the 1st person POV works very well here. I was also intrigued by the way the author kept complicating things for the heroine.Overall, a satisfying read. Aisling Grey is back-and in more trouble than ever. She thought being a courier would be easy. It's not. She thought being a Guardian would come naturally. It doesn't. She thought she could get out of being a wyvern's mate. She can't. And she never thought she'd be irresistible to men. But she is. No library descriptions found. |
