Timothy is invited to his first King Cake Party. At first he was nervous and confused. Timothy is new to New Orleans and thought the things he heard about the party was crazy. At the end he is excited and falls in love with a new tradition. This book is about traditions and friendships. Being a future teacher in the New Orleans area, this would be a cute book to read during Mardi Gras. ( )
