A marvelous book, chock full of fun and inexpensive things for children to make, from simple paper crafts to more complex wood and needle art projects. All of the projets are simple enough for a child to do on their own (at the appropriate age, of course) with the correct materials and tools. I loved it as a girl in the 1980's just as much as my mom did in the 60's, and hopefully my daughter will love it in the 21st century! ( )
