Loading... Key Management Models (edition 2003)by Steven Ten Have
Work detailsKey Management Models by Steven Ten Have None. Clear introduction to a range of tools and when they could be used. I have found them useful on several occasions. The last was analysing why the products of a particular organisation were failing and what needed to be done. I used Ansoff's product/market grid, Porter's five forces of competitive analysis, and his generic competitive strategies, a modified form of a learning organisations competences. It came up with the equivalent of the organisation not being able to organise a drinking party in a brewery, never learning from it and it should get out of the market or face big losses. Needless to say it didn't take the advice and made big losses and has not learned from it. Read page 150 to find out why... hint its a drama queen organisation. ( )no reviews | add a review
