"The Cabbages Are Chasing the Rabbits" by Arnold Adoff has a similar poetry form to "Where Wild Willie." This book was better than "Where Wild Willie" because the sentences weren't as choppy and had more than just a few words in them, so it allowed the reader to follow the story better. The poem still followed the same rule as far as placing the sentences and words in a strategic way for the reader to know which words and sentences went with each other and which words rhymed. ( )
