Publication I read was, Breviarium romanum ex decreto Sacrosancti Concilii Tridentini restitutum, S. Pii V Pont[ificis] Max[imi] iussu editum, et Clementis VIII. primum, nunc denuo Urbani PP. VIII. auctoritate recognitum. In quo omnia suis locis ad longum posita sunt, pro majori recitantium commoditate. Pars æstiva.

Published in Antwerp 1771.This book is Vol. III of a four-volume set. The page edges are gilt and the book has two silk placemarkers. This printing has calf covered paste boards.

A Pars aestiva containing the Roman Breviary's text for the "summer quarter" of the year--the Psalterium (including the ordinary of the hours and the complete text of the Psalter), the Sunday propers from Trinity Sunday through the Fifteenth Sunday after Pentecost, and the saints' days propers from 7 May through 2 September. Printed in minute red and black throughout with a couple of woodcut historiated initials and a few woodcut tailpieces, this edition is further ornamented with an engraved title-page vignette of the papal badge and four full-page copper engravings (the first three of which are signed by the engraver, "N. Heÿlbrouk"): These show King David singing psalmody, the Holy Trinity, the Last Supper. ( )
