Excellent, excellent book! Just about everything you need to know to function effecively in youth ministry. Addresses important topics such as boundaries, knowing your ministry style, and how to listen, validate and empower your students. Also discusses the top ten struggles teens face in todays culture. One of the best things about this books is that it gives you the knowledge and tools to make a difference, but also what to do when you're in over your head. I would say that this should be required reading for any youth worker! ( )
