Tillie doesn't want to wait her turn to lay eggs. Instead she lays them wherever-whenever she wants. This is a hidden object picture book that has kids trying to find where the egg is in each picture.

Tillie is a rogue chicken! SHe never lays her egg in the same place as the other chickens. She is always wandering around looking for nice juicy worms. Every day she lays her egg in a different spot. As the reader, you job is to find it in the picture! ( )

The cute story and sweet photographs in this story make Tillie the chicken a fun character for children to watch. The book also teaches children about the eating and egg laying habits of chickens that live on farms. ( )

Book description
Tillie isn't satisfied with the nest boxes offered in the chicken coop, so she sets off in search of a better place to lay her eggs. Unfortunately, none of the rooms in the human house are quite right, and she ends up back in the chicken coop, which was the best place all along. Good book for talking about days of the week, prepositions when searching for Tillie's each in each room, and describing all the other fun things Tillie comes across in each room.
I've been a fan of the author's Hencam and blog for a while, and it's fun to see her chickens get their own book.
