A story average of 3.5 is not that amazing for something like this, but no doubt taht overall it is a good collection. Dozois's Yearly Summation of 30-40 pages is worth bonus points, though, as far as rating the whole book goes.

Many of these stories rang familiar, perhaps because I'd checked this out of a library before (this copy, I borrowed from a friend). Pretty good stuff, in any case. ( )
