I use this dictionary for learners who are starting French language lessons and who need a quick and easy dictionary to get to the basics. The book is very easy to use, the softcover is made of plastic and you can fold it without damaging the book. Highly recommended for beginners in French! ( )

Excellent bilingual dictionary. Pocket sized so has most words you might need, but by no means everything. Eg it doesn't have much in the way of idiom or slang (such as "bonkers"). There are useful verb tables at the back and in the middle guides to writing a letter or an email. Text layout is colour coded and very easy to read. ( )
