A departure from her normal style as the emphasis is more on the dog and less on the photography. 100 dog breeds are catalogued with a picture of each and a brief synopsis of history, character traits, and appearance (coat color, body type, etc.) A very good book for someone wanting a quick overview of dog breeds or just loves Hale's photography.
