This is an inspiring cookbook if you want to eat more meatless or almost vegetarian dinners. I've liked pretty much every recipe I've tried. Many of the recipes are simple enough for weeknight cooking. Favorites so far have been the Carolina Vegetable Soup (the secret ingredient is barbecue sauce) and the Salmon Cakes. Also the Sour Cream and Onion Dip is a definite winner for parties. ( )

Minimalist Miso Soup- Didn't Like (or I screwed up)
Portabello Chipotle Sandwhich - I liked, but the Adobo sauce was too spicy for me.

I'm definitely excited to try some of these recipes and see what I can veganize. However, recipes with FISH?!?!?! Moosewood, you disappoint me terribly!! ( )
