>14 I'm really glad I read 1st to Die and will most likely read the rest in the Women's Murder Club series. It adds women's friendships and personal challenges to the usual mystery/thriller genre. I liked it.

I just checked out your blog. Looks like your read-a-thon was fun! How was 1st to Die? It's in my tbr pile but it keeps getting moved to the bottom.

I would choose First to Die by James Patterson from DeltaQueen50. I've heard a lot about him lately and can't wait to read something by him.

I liked, not loved this book, but it is a quick and entertaining read if one enjoys reading about Hollywood. 77. 1st to Die- I found this book staring at me on the bookshelf, and from the look of it, it has been there a while. In an effort to purge some things out of the bulging bookcases, I picked up 1st To Die off the bookshelf. It is really good, I wasn't sure if I had read it before. Pre LT, it was all guesswork lol. I love the Alex Cross series, and I will be reading the rest of this series also.

... for You? by Bill O'Reilly I'm a flaming liberal, this book burns my skin when I hold it, also from my roommate. 1st to Die: A Novel (Women's Murder Club) by James Patterson - also my roommate's and I already have a copy that I have yet to read. 2nd Chance - same as above. ...

Continuing my murder kick, I just finished 1st to Die by James Patterson. I decided to read the Women's Murder Club mysteries in order and could not put it down. This is the first James Patterson I've read. He is organized, clever, intricate, and a pleasure to read. Then there's his Alex Cross ...

I work in audiobooks, but don't listen to them much. I'm trying to remedy that. I have 1st to Die going in my car right now. My patrons love James Patterson and I haven't found myself reading any of his books yet. Going in print I have, The Big Squeeze: Tough Times for the American Worker. I ...

Have completed 1st to Die by James Patterson and was not impressed. This is an insult to women detectives. The Women s Murder Club was unable to find the correct killer three times. The addition of sex and potentially life-threatening illness was unnecessary. Patterson could have made the ...

27. 1st To Die by James Patterson - First in Series Abandoned. That's two in a week. I like thrillers/crime stories, and I'm pretty forgiving. This one is not worth my time -- this book feels like it was written with a kit rather than with imagination, caring and skill. Blech.
