Pamela's birthday wish finally came true. Her aunt got tickets to the biggest Broadway show. This day she has with her aunt will be something that she remembers forever. This book is perfect for kids that love musicals. Little girls would enjoy the pictures and the overall story within the book. This book includes happy emotions within it that is very easy for all readers to relate to. ( )

This is the story of a little girl, who lives just outside of New York City, and her wish to go see a Broadway play for her birthday. Her fabulous aunt, who is a fashion designer and lives in the city, comes to surprise her on her birthday and grant her wish.

I enjoyed the book, but I didn't love it. It talks a lot about the theatre and all the different sights and aspects of seeing a show, which some children might find fascinating, but others might not care at all. ( )
