this was a delightful book. i don't usually read romance but this one i had to read because it had cats involved. all stories were cute. one was hilarious: the girl next door to a confirmed bachelor and man-about-town with a reputation, went next door to rescue her queen (who has been enticed by the bachelors tom) then she realizes that she put herself in a compromising situation and tries to escape, traps herself in the backyard and finally scrambles over the rose trellis and up the wall. this paragraph was so hilariously written i read 3 times!
