Book description
An autobiography of a noted editor and publisher of children's books. The author's parents were book publishers in pre-Hitler Germany and her earliest memories are of the artists, musicians, writers, and other intellectuals who gathered in her family's home. Since the early 1930's, she was the editor and publisher of many children's books which appeared under the imprint of Atlantis Verlag in Zurich.
