None. I have just finished re-reading this book. I found it to be well-researched (a rarity in my opinion in regards to historical romance novels). All of the characters were well-rounded, with the sole exception possibly being Alyce De Clare however she was written to be the antagonist throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed it and was surprised that it was one of my few paperbacks that didn't have any creases in it (generally a really bad read that I meant to sell back).
