Take from this self-help book what you can as it really worked for me. While one should allow their moral principles to exercise a voice to their conscience in order not to violate and cause more emotional debt, overall this book was helpful and a constant reference while unraveling personal emotional prison I was in. I started using this book in 1998 and now in 2010 use it occasionally when I start feeling overload for not expressing myself, standing up for own self-respect, in a dignified way of course. This book along with my strong moral convictions has freed me up greatly. Highly recommended. ( )
