I'm pretty sure I own every Robards novel at this point. Her writing style is what grabs me, and I enjoy that it's not all about the romance in her books. Of course, the romance is surely a lovely addition to every story. (

Matt, the Sheriff fell in love with his highschool girlfriend when she returned to the same town to live and start a bed and breakfast in the home her grandmother left to her. Matt's sybilings (sisters)are fun. Carly was attacked along with her roommate and Matt saved her. The adorable dog has been cut with a knife and poisoned. Bless his heart. He is still alive. Carly made Matt jealous and he was mad. I loved their relationship. In the end (
