This is a really fascinating book about the Bronte (Brunty) ancestors in Ireland, and up to the point that they move into the rectory in Haworth where the classics were written. If you have any interest in the Bronte sisters, I think this is a must read. It is a short book, but the information it gives about the Brunty family in Ireland gives the reader a whole new look at Wuthering Heights, Jane Eyre, etc. Could not put this one down. ( )
