More inspirational than practical (not sure I have ever cooked a recipe in it). You need time, patience, mulititudes of ingredients, and more time. But nice to flick through ( )

Yes, it looks intimidating but try the following: marinade of mixed vegetables in a lemon-wine dressing (marinade de légumes au vin blanc), page 16. Lemony vegetable soup with cream (la citronelle) and chilled leek and potato soup (la vichyssoise), page 47. Layered leeks and potatoes baked with cheese and cream (gratin dauphinois aux poireaux), page 60. ( )
