Who doesn't love burgers? I love burgers, but I do not love the only burger recipe I apparently have on file, which calls for black beans and a ridiculous amount of wheat gluten, which makes an elasticy, overall not terribly appealing burger.

So I'm excited that this cookbook exists, because I plan on making a bunch of different veggie burgers - some with grains, some with mushrooms, some with tofu, and some with beans. Burgers are great any time of year, and there is so much variety in here that I feel like I won't get bored with this cookbook easily. ( )
