Changing Patterns
by Daena Giardella and Wren Ross

What an Ode to and celebration of creativity this book is. Being a crafter for many years and also trying to actively incorporate creativity into my life my heart just danced for joy at the way these two were able to help me free my creative self and then to actually look at knitting from a whole new perspective.

You will find that this awesome messenger isn't just about knitting, it uses knitting as a focal point with patterns labeled "Cape of Constant Change" and "Seeds of Intention Scarf" helping to lead us to a deeper understanding of the creative process. There is even a creativity journal and wonderful reflective questions that relate to the different chapters. I found so much help between the covers of this book that I would recommend it, period, because I believe anyone and everyone would benefit by reading this book. Thanks Daena and Wren, we needed that.

Love & Light,
