I've never read a graphic novel such as this and I really liked it. Why I picked it out was the cover showed a mystery to the cover and just looking at the cover had me thinking of knights, castles, princes, trolls and such. It also made me think of the "Lord of the Rings" saga or the Hobbit by J. R. R. Tolkein. I also like reading these kinds of novels as well.
I definitely, again, would use this book for older children from 5th grade up to senior years in high school. It brings to the imagination of not only the art involved but the language used to write this novel. I feel this also can teach morals, good versus evil, virtues and so on. Great book!! (
