I think he is trying to disprove everyone else, but is going about it all wrong. In my opinion, he comes across as being an ass. Just really turns me off that I spent $20 to read him argue and I find it hard to tolerate. Personally, I prefer the books by Dr. Eric Guiler or David Owen. Can get the well researched information without the rest. ( )no reviews | add a review
Amazon.com Product Description (ISBN 0521782198, Hardcover)This insightful examination of the history and extinction of one of Australia's most enduring folkloric beasts--the thylacine, (or Tasmanian tiger)-- challenges conventional theories. It argues that rural politicians, ineffective political action by scientists, and a deeper intellectual prejudice about the inferiority of marsupials actually resulted in the extinction of this once proud species.
