How the metaphors we use create the reality in which we live.
  muir | Dec 4, 2007 |
One of my favourite tools and approachs for understanding organisations. I read it for the first time back in the 1980's and was excited to see that you can see an organisation from many different perspectives and all them also be "true". Its an insight I use all the time to the present day. All too often the organisations lack the language and insight to know why they have problems. ( )
