I liked this book, it had a good amount of steam to it, but there was some monotony in some of the dialogues and inner monologues. She went into way more detail than was necessary in some parts and could have elaborated into the mystery plot better as well as help us figure out who the heck Lydie's mystery lover was, or I could just be slow.
