This book was so lame and completely unbelievable. Don't even waste your time on this as a beach read. ( )

This is a story about a runaway bride: Chloe leaves her groom (a patronizing, self-aggrandizing fool) at the altar. Chloe has given up her job for the summer (for the honeymoon and acclimation to married life) and has no home, since she had moved in with her fiance before the un-wedding. She moves into her grandmother's second home to sort things out.

Chloe begins to understand the mistakes she was making in her life. She's strong enough to correct the mistakes and carry on. The story is about self discovery, self distructive behavior, and family.

I really enjoyed the book and will be looking for the author's other books.

This is chick lit story about a runaway bride. Chloe gets a bad feeling at her wedding and runs away. She moves into her grandmothers house while she's supposed to be on her honeymoon to sort things out.

It's a story about self discovery, self distructive behavior, and family dynamics.

Chloe makes a hard journey of self discovery and begins to understand the mistakes she was making in her life. She's strong enough to correct mistakes that can be passed down from generation to generation.

I'm looking forward to reading more of Rendahl's novels. ( )
