A fun, quirky book. Easy to read through in one sitting. Thoroughly enjoyable. For all those women out there looking for something light and interesting then read this book. I loved this book, it was great to catch up with the Walsh sisters again. Marian Keyes has managed another fun read with just the right amount of laughter, drama and love. I love Marian Keyes. Also like others say, I am always drawn to stories about the Walsh family. Maybe because I have two sisters and we are all different as can be. I loved this story. I loved that Maggie was able to explore, live life and learn so much in a relatively short period of time. I loved that she came through it, scathed, but a bit smarter and with more experience under her belt. The one thing I love in any book! Fantastic. One to another Marian Keyes book. no reviews | add a review

I have probably had worse books in my hands, but usually if it is this bad I either skim to the end or just plain put it down. From some reason, I felt compelled to finish this one...maybe to see if there was a story to it. I could have saved myself 2 weeks of struggling through it and just read the first and last chapters! I am so disappointed with myself for wasting the time.
And apparently it wasn't written for a US market, because the author felt the need to 'translate' almost every expression or action to an apparently Irish audience.
Anyway, unless you REALLY feel the need to read EVERYTHING this author has penned (I haven't read any of her other works), you might want to pass on this one (
