The Kite Runner, The Interpretation of Murder and Mr Maybe have all departed today, and are even now en route to bookmoochers in various parts of Britain and Europe.

Just finished The interpretation of murder which was ok. I will go on with Saturday by Ian McEwan. Already read a chapter some weeks ago, want to finish it this weekend and finally go on with something new.

I'm halfway through The interpretation of murder by Jed Rubenfeld. Like the book, want to know who is the killer. Nicely written, although I don't like the fact that the detective sometimes knows more than I do, so that I can't solve the mystery myself.

Still busy with The interpretation of murder by Jed Rubenfeld. Halfway now and hope to finish it on Tuesday. I should make time for this, so I can 'finally' take something new, and the story is interesting enough to read on, only I'm not relaxed enough.

Busy with The interpretation of murder by Jed Rubenfeld. Like the story, only don't have time to read. After finishing it I will go on with Saturday by Ian McEwan of which I only read the first chapter and then put it away. Need relaxter times for that one, which will start on Sunday.

I am glad I wasn't the only one who found The Interpretation of Murder a bit ordinary. It was pretty contrived - I too wasn't convinced at all by it. But you are yet another person to recommend On Chesil Beach - it was quite a long way down my To-Read pile, but I might promote it now...
