It has been quite a while since I read Strange Angels and I had forgotten how much I like these characters. It picks up right where the first book left off and continues the roller coaster ride that is Dru's life. I'm curious to see what role Ash will play in the story now and am looking forward to reading Jealousy. I loved both her Dante Valentine and Jill Kismet series and am pleased that her young adult series is just as good in it's own way. ( )

You thought the special girl meets vampire boy and werewolf boy storyline from the first book was too much? Well now its that, plus a secret boarding school for supernatural teenagers! Im enjoying the series, but Im not gonna pretend Ive found a classic here, Im just having a good time. :P ( )

Wow! What a book! After the first one, I didn't think the second one could be better, man was I wrong! This book was a non-stop page turner for me. I fell asleep while reading it until midnight and when I woke up, I immediately picked up where I left off.

Dru is an awesome, incredible, strong young woman. She has been dumped into a situation that she has no idea what to expect and never gives up. When put into a situation of saving herself or saving her best friend, she selflessly goes to rescue him instead of getting herself to safety. Graves is the guy that every girl wants. He might not be the most attractive guy in the world but he cares about his friends and will do anything to ensure that Dru is safe. He is still a young guy when it comes to acting on his feelings for Dru but he will go to any lengths to defend her. Dru has never had a boyfriend before but she knows she likes Graves, and who wouldn't? Of course, there always has to be another guy to complicate things and this would be where Christophe comes in. Personal prediction....Christophe was in love with Dru's mom and now he's falling for Dru. Touching or creepy? Personally, I find that disturbing, but it's not my life.

Lili St. Crow wrote an amazing second installment of the Strange Angels series. After this, I don't see how the third book could be any better! But I was pleasantly surprised with the second book so here's hoping that I am surprised with the third as well! 5/5 stars
