I love immersing myself in the worlds he spins together. At times they feel a bit tedious, other times the pace is flying along. Patriot Games was another great block of entertainment. I haven't seen the film, but I guess the same probably applies. Its an entertaining read for a rainy afternoon, but not really anything to get your teeth into. Although I've heard people complain of the relatively long dialogue in the middle of the book, I believe it is necessary to set up the entertaining conclusion of this book.
