Did Dinosaurs Have Feathers is an educational story that is all about birds and dinosaurs. It is true that some dinosaurs did in fact have feathers. Long before birds arrived on earth, dinosaurs shared some similar traits. I enjoyed how informational this story was about how dinosaurs came about from their appearance to their background. I would highly recommend reading this story if you are learning about dinosaurs. Lots of great information with big illustration’s to go along with it. ( )

This picture book was very informational and interesting. The book explains that dinosaurs actually had feathers millions of years ago, which is very interesting especially because when I think of dinosaurs, I don't think of feathers. The book includes that concept of evolution by explaining that dinosaurs did have feathers and that is probably how birds evolved. The book also shows that scientists are still discovering new information, which I think is important for children to know. The book also has a section at the end of the book called "Find Out More About Feathers". I think this would be a great research book for students who are learning about dinosaurs. ( )

This book helps children to discover about Dinosaurs had feathers or not. This book tells us about all birds have feathers that are smooth and long. Birds are the only living animals with feathers. Scientists discover that dinosaurs had smooth feathers on their arms, legs, and their tails. Children will get to know about Dinosaurs. They also figure out how dinosaurs could survive and evolve.

Did Dinosaurs is a great picture book that explores the possibility that dinosaurs had feathers. They almost joke about this option, but use this to show children that many dinosaurs where descendants of birds.

Did Dinosaurs Have Feathers is the perfect book for children interested in dinosaurs. My nephew had an obsession with dinosaurs when he was younger, this would have been a great book for him and others like him. I also loved the illustrations in the book.

For an activity, we would go outside and wait to see if we could observe some birds. While observing these birds we discuss what similarities the birds we are observing have with the dinosaurs we read about.
