Teaching English is the easiest route for native English speakers to work in Japan. Even though the Japanese acknowledge the importance of English as the current lingua franca, the traditional approach taken by them when teaching English yields horrible results, creating a niché to be filled.

Sensei-tional! offers some insights into the world of English schools in Japan. Most of the stories are at least midly entertaining, but the page count is a joke. Had this book been printed in a normal font size, the book wouldn't have been more than 10 pages long. So there's very little material, so there's little bang for your buck. ( )
