The third in the sequence about a group of women going back in time to find the pieces of a talisman which will prove that they are worthy of joining the galactic united worlds. This is mostly incidental to this time-travel story, where a woman who is regularly mobbed by ghosts finds herself part of this group, involved with Boudiccia and a goddess who makes her feel welcome and a people who understand her skills and encourage her to develop them.

It did read like some other P C Cast stories, her female characters are self-resilient without being stand-offish and the romance progresses well. I enjoyed the read. (
