This is a fantastic recipe book for people who have discovered that they are gluten intolerant. The recipes are actually better tasting, more nourishing in that the satisfaction of eating stays with you longer, and are in some cases quicker to prepare than traditional flour based recipes. I highly recommend this book for those who love to cook, and are tired of the lack of nourishing food in the marketplace. ( )
