61. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J. K. Rowling (759 pages) Couldn't stand The Firm by Grisham - the ending was lame beyond belief. I read one other one of his when he was first starting out and thought it was dreck. Never read another. Cannot fathom why people read them. (shrugs) ... One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest was a good movie (and I loved the book).
I liked the plot changes the movie made in The Firm too.
Someone mentioned A Walk to Remember and said the plot was pretty close. It has been years since I've read the book and seen the movie, but, as I recall, ... Something strange about this potential combinations feature... Most of them seem to work fine, but check The Firm by John Grisham...
