Jeff is a young man who wants to help Susie partly because he feels responsible since she got messed up at his wild party. They both have become believers in Christ and Jeff is there for Susie when she decides to put up her newborn for adoption. This story was well written and dealt with some very tough choices people find themselves in when they yield to sin. I was encouraged by the fact that it showed in the story that someone can resist temptation and do the right thing. ( )When confronted with an unwanted pregnancy, the decision to abort is often the answer, but this book presents another solution: adoption and looks into the complexities of that decision. I like that the baby becomes a focus of the decision. This easy-to-read Christian fiction is not just for young adults; this senior citizen enjoyed reading it. In addition to looking closely at an edgy problem, romance blooms, bringing a roller coaster of emotions. Although it is the second in the series, it can be read without having read the first title, It's Not About Me. Discussion questions are included. I am the author so of course I loved the story! Hope you do, too. no reviews | add a review
