I don't tend to follow these recipes to the letter, but flip through the book for ideas. Ray's list of things to always have on hand overlaps quite a bit with my own, so I can usually find something in the book. ( )

This book is great! The food is great and it truly only takes 30 minutes. I've tried several recipes so far, and they've all been easy to follow and taste great. I highly recommend this book! ( )

If you've seen any of the shows, the book reads like a familiar chipper voice. Cheerful, positive, encouraging guidance and some good tips on keeping ingredient mania to a minimum. ( )
